Before 48 year old woman beginning to notice a heaviness to her upper lids and a tired appearance to her eyes.

After Preoperative assessment revealed the primary problem due to the brows having drifted downward, causing upper eyelid skin to appear heavy. Note how just a browlift without anything done to the upper eyelids has produced a more radiant and rested appearance. Lower lids were treated with laser surfacing only.
