Before A 25 year old body builder self-conscious about prominent male breast tissue, particularly with regard to projection of the nipple area. Patient was so self-conscious of his breasts showing through clothing that he began "binding" his chest with ace bandages in order to hide his nipple protrusion. Note the mark below his breasts from the ace bandage.
