Before Woman felt that her asymmetrical breasts (right side 36DD, left side 36D) had become too large and matronly. Nipples drooped lower after having had two children. (Note right breast all the way down to waist.)

After 1 1/2 pounds removed from the right side and 1 pound removed from the left breast with breast reduction. Patient was delighted with her more attractive, symmetrical and youthful 36C breasts. Scars have faded quite well 1 1/2 years postop.
