Before 28 year old woman with heavy, D cup breasts. She wanted a modest lift only without changing breast size, but reducing size of areola (pigmented skin around nipple).
After 1 1/2 years following surgery. Nipples raised 2 inches, areola reduced and breast shape more youthful. Breast size unchanged.
