Before 28 year old, 120 lbs, 5'7" married woman. Breasts lost volume and shape after two children. Bra size 34A.

After Following 300cc breast augmentation with saline inflatable implants placed beneath the muscle. Bra size increased to 34C. Note natural appearance with no evidence of boarder of implants. Incision at border of the areola leave scars that are nearly invisible.
